Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century is a series that aired in 1999 in the UK and USA.  Inspector Beth Lestrade (descendant of the original Lestrade) has Holmes reanimated so he can help New Scotland Yard chase down Martin Fenwick and his companion, a cloned Professor Moriarty. She gives Dr. Watson’s journals to her robot who ends up taking on the personality, face, and voice of Dr. Watson to help Holmes adjust to life in the 22nd century. Mill Creek Entertainment released the series on DVD this past February.
